Twins Amelia and Imogen prepare for the Dwarf Games. Amelia and Imogen meet Paralympic medallist Stephanie Millward, who helps them with their swimming.

Amelia and Imogen are competing in swimming at the National Dwarf Games and go to meet Paralympic medallist Stephanie Millward to help them with their dive starts. But with their mum sick of them arguing, they are going to have to work on their sportsmanship before they race. Olympic gold medallists Helen Glover and Heather Stanning know all about not arguing and give them some good tips. And who better to give some final encouragement poolside than their hero Ellie Simmonds? But will either twin come home with a medal, and will they manage to be happy for each other whatever the result?
