Series looking for the country's best young cook. Four more contestants create their ultimate pizza from a range of mystery ingredients.

Junior MasterChef is back for 2014 to find the best young cook in the country. From thousands of applicants, 24 passionate cooks between the ages of eight and 12 are bidding to become the next champion.

Four cooks must wow judges John Torode and Donal Skehan to earn a semi-final place. Their first test is to create their ultimate pizza from a range of mystery ingredients in just 50 minutes. The contestants are given the dough and three trays of different ingredients to choose from - one for the sauce and cheese, one for the toppings and one for any extras they may like to add. First, John and Donal go head to head to show viewers at home their version of the perfect pizza. Then it's the turn of the young gastronomes - will the contestants be able to show creativity, imagination and flair?

The four contestants then have one hour to cook their own favourites in an attempt to impress and grab that all-important semi-final place. With dishes including chicken roulade, grilled halloumi salad and chocolate fondant on the menu, the judges face a deliciously difficult decision.
