It follows the broadcast of footage from the Australian Channel 9's programme 60 Minutes, showing a woman meeting the man who was given her brother's face in a pioneering transplant operation. 

And, as the government brings in tighter rules on so-called legal highs, a mother and son tell us what happened when 14-year-old Owain ended up in hospital after experimenting with the substances.
