Chef and cafe owner Kirsten Gilmour cooks live in the grounds of the BBC in Inverness. This week she's using fresh, seasonal fruit - including berries, currants and rhubarb - to create some delicious breakfast recipes.

Plot holder Jed Church from Hawthorn Allotments shows Dan the water-logging at the allotment and describes the problems faced by gardeners after the recent deluge of rain. 

Gardening expert Frances Pringle and allotment plot holder Richard Crawford share their ideas for composting at this time of year and advise on how to get it just right if you are new to grow-your-own.

Christina Murray, co-author of A Taste Of Mey, and Pennie Latin gather some fresh ingredients from the Castle of Mey kitchen garden to cook with back in the castle kitchens.
