Cook and food writer Carina Contini gets busy in the al fresco kitchen, outside the BBC in Inverness. This week Carina shows Pennie and the team how to make soup with chard and flat leaf parsley (picked fresh from her own garden!) and also toffee strawberry tarts with her newly ripened strawberries.

Gardener and judge from BBC2's Allotment Challenge Jim Buttress shares his passion for gardening and talks about how the way people lay out their gardens and allotments - and what they choose to grow - often reflects their personalities!
