Drama based on real events. A British priest and a teacher must confront the reality of the terrible massacres taking place around them in Rwanda in 1994.

Drama based on real events and filmed at the locations depicted. On 6 April 1994 a bloody genocide in central Africa gets under way. At the heart of it all a British priest and his young acolyte are forced to confront the depths of their faith, the limits of their courage and, ultimately, to make a choice. To remain with their people or to run away.
