Romantic drama about the difficulties a woman parolee faces on the outside after serving a two-year sentence for forgery. She not only finds herself attracted to her probation officer's journalist boyfriend but, despite her best intentions to stay on the straight and narrow, also veers perilously close to more trouble with the law.
