Cookery series. Theo Randall and Rachel Allen compete in the Keith Show in the Scottish Highlands and visit a mother-and-daughter baking team who produce 50,000 biscuits a week.

Two of Britain's best-loved chefs Theo Randall and Rachel Allen continue their foodie road trip and head to Keith in the stunning Scottish Highlands. They're mission is to take on some of the best local cooks in traditional country shows, and today they'll be entering the stuffed mushroom category of the Keith Show.

En route, they visit a local mother-and-daughter team who have diversified from traditional farming to running their own bakery, producing over fifty thousand biscuits every week!

There may not be 'much room' in our chef's converted Citroen van, but they have everything they need to prepare a tasty - and hopefully award-winning - stuffed mushroom. Will they be good enough to impress judge Mrs Pat Shaw? Find out on Country Show Cook Off!
