Trying to work out what to do with gluts from your vegetable patch or allotment can sometimes start to test even the most creative of cooks, Susan Reynolds and Lorna Crawford show how you can take gluts of almost anything and make them into appetising juice drinks.

The hot summer has led to an abundance of cabbage white butterflies.
