Nothing says France like a baguette but if you thought it was impossible to make your own, Paul shows you how with a baguette that fits into a home oven, which he then transforms into the ultimate roasted garlic bread. He bakes a crusty ciabatta, the perfect foundation for his luscious family-pleasing panzanella salad plus some crunchy biscotti snacks.

Finally, one of our favourite takeaways - pizza. It is much more fun to have a go at making your own. Paul shows us how to toss the perfect pizza base without it sticking to the ceiling. And forget margherita or pepperoni, get creative with your toppings like Paul's fig, parma ham and gorgonzola. Show less
