Presenter Radzi Chinyanganya and actress Melissa Suffield go to a co-ed school in Bristol to show a group of teenage students how they can start taking back control of their body image. In a two-day experiment the duo ban 'body bullying' and encourage individuals and groups to take part in positive body image reinforcement.

By using positive body talk, Radzi and Melissa show just how easy it can be to take a stand against the pressures of the fashion and beauty industry machine to improve body image confidence in young people.
