The message got as far as her father's ansaphone at the family home in Dorset, but her mother was travelling back from a holiday abroad, and saw the news breaking on a television screen in a London hotel lobby.
Rose, her Mum Carolyn and her Dad Philip, talk to Dominic about the missed call, and the hours of not knowing exactly what had happened to Rose.
