This evening, we'll find out whose name will be added to Lakeside Roll of Honour. Colin Murray and Bobby George will be on hand to guide you through the action, with the winner picking up the prestigious trophy, a cheque for 100,000 pounds and the title of Lakeside World Professional Darts Champion 2012.
