This week we ask can ebooks replace books?  Paula finds out how to make buttermilk & then makes a Buttermilk Pound cake. John talks to athlete Ian Brannigan as he prepares for the Transplant Games.

Paula McIntyre finds out how to make buttermilk the old fashioned way and makes a Buttermilk Pound cake live in the studio.

John Toal catches up with local athlete Ian Brannigan on the beach as he prepares for the British Transplant Games….. and he also pays a visit to Hillsborough Castle to see a colourful and varied collection of hats fit for a Queen.

National Trusts give the characters from the Beano keys to all its 300 homes and Minnie the Minx runs riot around the Giant’s Causeway.
