Too soft says the Tory right - and too hard say some Lib Dems; can Ken Clarke get sentencing policy just right as Anita and Giles talk to Conservative backbencher Philip Davies and Tom Brake, co-chair of the Liberal Democrats backbench Committee on Justice and Home Affairs.
