Chris Huhne is on the programme ahead of the Liberal Democrats' Spring Conference. There are going to be protests outside the conference venue - but those could be as nothing compared to the unhappiness of the Lib Dems' own activists. They have lodged rebellious motions on all sorts of issues - including one calling for changes to the government's NHS reforms. 

Former MP David (now Lord) Clark is the subject of our Changemakers series. He is the politician who introduced the Freedom of Information Act and thereby arguably made the MPs expenses scandal possible. Moats, bell towers are bath plugs are now etched on the memory of politicians.
