Fraser arrests Ray in order to provide asylum at the Canadian consulate.

Police comedy drama series about a Canadian Mountie in Chicago. When Ray is framed for murder, Fraser arrests him in order to provide asylum at the Canadian consulate.

When Ray Vecchio is framed for the murder of a gang boss, Fraser arrests him in order to provide asylum at the Canadian consulate. He then sets about tracking down the real killer even as the Chicago police depart wrangle with trying to extradite Ray.
