A friendship develops between a girl and a fox. Narrated by Kate Winslet.

Set in the Jura mountains in eastern France, this adventure drama explores the peculiar friendship that develops between a ten-year-old girl and a fox.

A young girl becomes extremely anxious to befriend a fox she sees playing in the meadow. To her astonishment and delight, the fox becomes her friend and they meet to play regularly. But her relationship with the wild animal is going to teach her some extremely hard lessons about life.
