A detective investigates a murder which makes him confront issues concerning his identity.

Thriller about a Jewish detective (Joe Mantegna) assigned to investigate the murder of a Jewish woman, which forces him to confront submerged issues concerning his own identity.

Thriller about a Jewish homicide detective who is incensed when he is pulled off a high-ranking case to deal with the murder of an elderly Jewish woman. Scorning the theory that the attack was anti-Semitic in nature, he nevertheless finds himself getting caught up in radical political manoeuvres which force him to decide where his loyalties lie.
