Alyssa's desperate to get out - could this be her big break?

Welcome to Grogan's Supermarket. Freedom from Grogan's finally beckons for Alyssa as she gets her big break - the chance to dance in a music video. What could mess it up?

Welcome to the neon-lit, muzak-drifting world of Shelfstackers and the endless shift of four teens on the bottom rung of the supermarket pecking order. Banter, pranks, racing customers - any outlet for brimming frustrations is fair game. There's only one rule: don't get fired.

Freedom from Grogan's finally beckons for Alyssa as she gets her big break - the chance to dance in a music video. What could mess this up? The big time is calling and soon her cohorts at Grogan's will just be awkward friend requests she's too fabulous to accept. But when Dan ruins her modelling portfolio, the stress proves too much and Alyssa's face drops - literally. Bell's Palsy strikes and Alyssa's precious looks take an unexpected turn. It's up to Dan to fix his folio-faux pas and find a way to put his beloved Alyssa back on the road to stardom. 

Meanwhile man-child Roy has been tasked with assessing the emotional well-being of his employees, following the spectacular breakdown of an employee at another store. Roy soon drives everyone crazy with his ink blots and Freudian free-association tests - and the ridiculous conclusions he draws from them. But no one is more disturbed by the process than Fitzy as each of his tests yield identical results to Roy's and it soon becomes depressingly apparent that he is a Roy waiting to happen. Panic sets in - Fitzy must do something to break the cycle!
