BBC Two - Adventures of Tom Thumb and Thumbelina

Two infants are abducted from the kingdom of little people.

Children's animation. Two infant little people are abducted from the magical forest, and taken away with a circus. The boy escapes, and years later meets his fellow captive.

Children's animation. Two infants are abducted from the kingdom of little people in the heart of the magical forest, and taken away with a travelling circus. The boy, Tom Thumb, manages to escape, but Thumbelina is left captive. When she breaks free, she bumps into Tom Thumb, who she doesn't recognise except for noticing that he is also only six inches tall.
