Series following the Hairy Bikers as they visit a different county across Britain in every episode, sampling the best of local ingredients and meeting the people keeping culinary traditions alive. 
 
Here, Si King and Dave Myers explore County Antrim, where they cook a traditional county favourite at Carrickfergus Castle, pick potatoes and head to the coast in search of dulse seaweed. Finally, they use the best local ingredients in a cook-off against top chef Niall McKenna. Restaurant diners decide in a blind tasting who has created the dish that best defines their county.
