Liverpool FC's Jamie Carragher challenges Nigel and Sue to make some chicken and pasta. 

Fellow actress and friends Maggie Steed and Margot Leicester recreate some dishes from their hippy days in the 70s - when Sue was stockpiling food for the revolution!

Sue also talks candidly about her brittle relationship with her mother.
