The lads love seafood, and the often overlooked and under-rated crab features in this episode. Uisdean prepares a colourful crab starter using brown and velvet crab meat.
Ruaridh makes an interesting crab linguini while Uisdean continues the pasta thread by making Ravioli filled with crab meat and a crab bisque. To finish, Ruaridh creates a speciality, hot and cold crab spring rolls.
