With one celebrity already knocked out, the four remaining famous faces tackle two more culinary challenges as they battle for places in the semi-finals.
The pairs challenge sees the four celebrities split into two teams of two, in a test of teamwork and communication. Each member of each pair is tasked with cooking the same dish, which must be identical in both appearance and flavour. However, between each pair there is a wall, so the only way for them to successfully produce identical plates is by communicating with each other through the wall. One team has the task of recreating John Torode’s apple charlotte with custard, the other his Paris-Brest with cherries in kirsch syrup.
Then, the celebrities' teamwork skills are pushed to the extreme as they face their first mass catering challenge, cooking lunch for over 100 scientific research staff at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Cambridgeshire. Show less
