Tonight, judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace are back and the final four face two more culinary challenges as their journey to be crowned champion is almost over. All that stands between the celebrities and a place in the final three is a single dish inspired by a place they love. No-one can afford to slip up as, at the end of the challenge, only the three best cooks will still be in the running for the title.
The final three will then need to draw on everything they have learned over the past few weeks for their penultimate challenge, the Chef's Table. This year it will be hosted by MasterChef: The Professionals judge Monica Galetti at her restaurant, Mere. The three finalists must deliver food of an exceptional standard to impress some of the best chefs in the country, who between them hold five Michelin stars: Daniel Clifford (Midsummer House - two Michelin stars), Lisa Goodwin-Allen (Northcote - one Michelin star), Ollie Dabbous (Hide - one Michelin Star), Jun Tanka (The Ninth – one Michelin star) and Robin Gill (The Dairy and Sorella). As they battle to master Monica’s dishes, will they hold their nerve - or is the pressure to deliver too intense? Show less
