In the third episode, 58-year-old sheepdog trainer Katy welcomes three suitors to her home for a long weekend trying out rural life in the remote Cumbrian fells. When painter and decorator John, ex-motorbike champion David and ex-professional footballer Carl arrive, the weather is bleak. But a morning herding sheep and mucking out kennels doesn’t dampen their spirits. It has been more than ten years since Katy’s last relationship and when one of her love matches spots an opportunity for some alone time, she is excited to experience a romantic spark.

Meanwhile, Sara heads to the Cumbrian coast to deliver some love letters to dairy farmer David. Living in a remote location has made finding a partner challenging for the 35-year-old, but he widens his net and chooses six guys from across the UK to speed date.
