Chef Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond are on a mission to highlight the fantastic range of great produce Scotland has to offer. This week they are looking at our fantastic fruit, making an apple and bramble crumble with a Drambuie custard. Joining them in the kitchen are Aberdeenshire soft fruit famer Ross Mitchell and food and drink writer Rosalind Erskine, who has selected a Scottish rum flavoured with rhubarb.
