Classic love story starring Ronald Colman, Greer Garson

1918: escaping from the Melbridge County Asylum, a soldier suffering from amnesia finds his way into town. By chance he meets a woman who christens him "Smithy" and falls in love. Their life together is blissfully happy until the day that Smithy goes to Liverpool - and doesn't come back.
