Coronary Thrombosis and the Middle-Aged Man
Talk by J. N. Morris
Dr. Morris is Director of the Social Medicine Research Unit of the Medical Research Council. In this talk he explains that middle-aged men have recently become, in epidemiological terms, ' a vulnerable group '; in their case the death rate is now ninety per cent higher than it is for middle-aged women. The speaker briefly considers the changing character of public health problems.
