New series Jennie Bond launches the quest to create a perfect four-course meal to be served at a lunch
- to honour the Queen's 80th birthday. Each week, the focus falls on two chefs from one of seven regions and nations as they vie to prepare the quartet of dishes, one per night. On the Friday, a panel of judges will eject one of the chefs, while the winner will go through to a public vote in the eighth and final week of the contest.
