Today voters in two constituencies - Birmingham Northfield and Peckham - have been going to the polls. The results of both by-elections will provide the most significant test of public opinion for many months.
Vincent Hanna reports live as the votes are counted at Birmingham Northfield and Ian Smith is at the count at Peckham. This special edition will carry the declaration of both results live, first interviews with the winners and losers, and reaction from leading politicians in the studio.
