Carna - the Otter

on BBC Two England

No one ever knew what happened to the mother of young otter Carna - she simply disappeared. This repeated showing of Carna - the Otter follows the helpless orphan cub as she is raised by a sanctuary, prepared for a return to the wild and then released.
At first Carna has much to learn, including how to swim. She has a surrogate mother, makes a canine friend, and has to be weaned off an eiderdown. Narrated by John King.
