Next Saturday the Royal Academy of Arts opens its doors to the public for the 212th Summer Exhibition.
This year nearly 12,000 works were submitted to the Royal
Academy by artists of any nationality, professional or amateur. Tonight, some famous ' hobby painters' including Clive Dunn and Beryl Bainbridge take a look at the 1,400 or so works finally selected and talk about their particular favourites.
