Field-Marshal Sir Claude Auchin leek died last March at the age of 96. In this interview, repeated tonight before next week's Westminster Abbey memorial service, David Dimbleby talked to him about his long career as one of Britain's outstanding soldiers. Recorded on his 90th birthday it was the only time he spoke publicly about his controversial North African Campaign and his life in India.
