At the age of twenty this well-known Welsh organist was appointed to St. Michael's, Plumstead, though shortly afterwards he gave up the organ for the piano.
He got his first cinema-organ appointment in 1930. For the past five years he has been working for the Bernstein circuit of Granada theatres.
