Kansas City
Jonathan King finds that Kansas City is not a pretty city. But it is an interesting one - half in Missouri, the other half in the state of Kansas, each with its own set of laws. It is the traditional home of jazz, a former cow town, the place where millions of greetings cards are produced and the city where Walt Disney learned to draw. In the nuclear shocker The Day After it was almost totally destroyed. That was fiction - in reality Jonathan discovers only some cows have disappeared.
