Episode 4: The Royal Succession
After the death of Louis X, Queen Clementia gives birth to his son, Jean, and thus another heir stands between Philippe and the throne. Mahaut of Artois resorts to poison to further her ambitions and finally succeeds in putting her son-in-law on the throne of France.
