11.45 The Debate
The season marking the 50th anniversary of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights continues with a studio discussion into why the articles of the declaration have never been universally applied.
Among those joining in the debate, which is chaired by Michael Buerk, are General Sir Michael Rose, Michael Ignatieff, Sir Percy Cradock, Dennis McNamara and Rakiya Omaar.
