The targets of this fourth programme are the home improvers and their high-pressure salesmen, caught here by hidden cameras. Kenyon tracks down the salesman who sobs if the customer doesn't buy his kitchen and doorsteps the director of a leading conservatory business that regularly, and legally, ceases trading (thereby voiding all guarantees given) only to start up again under another name.
