New Labour: New Woman
A film first shown on BBC West continues the documentary series from the BBC Regions. This programme tells the story of a Bristol city councillor. In May 1997 David Spry was elected. Six months later he announced his plans to become a woman, and stated that he wished to be known as Rosalind Mitchell.
