Geraldine and Jane-Anne
The Desert Inn, Las Vegas, Is feeling the financial pinch. The top stars are too expensive. In an effort to entertain more economically they plan to stage a ' French ' revue. The President of the Desert Inn auditions dancers at the YWCA in London. Two girls, Geraldine and Jane-Anne, take up the offer of a 15-month contract to work in ' the entertainment capital of the world'.
The film follows the fortunes of the dancers in a show which proves to have a chequered past and a chancy future.
