Masterworks: Six Pieces of Britain

William Walton's dramatic choral work Belshazzar's Feast, composed in 1931, draws on the dual traditions of northern choral societies and brass bands.

White joins the Leeds Festival Chorus and the BBC Symphony Chorus and Orchestra conducted by Andrew Davis in a rendering of the piece as it returns to the venue - Leeds Town Hall - where it was premiered.
