The Duke of Roxburghe invites the duo to his racecourse in Kelso on the Scottish Borders, where they place some bets - enjoying varying degrees of success - and cook hot buttered crab, green beans with mustard, stuffed baked codfish and rhubarb barmbrack for the jockeys.
