Danny Rose is a theatrical agent, strictly small-time whose bizarre range of clients are even smaller. The exception is an Italian crooner called Lou Canova , who is a big problem. Lou's girlfriend Tina had a penchant for mobsters and Danny has just become the subject of a Mafia hit-man, which is not his usual kind of contract.
