Animated comedy adventure series.
The Tick and Arthur fall into the clutches of Charles, a nine-year-old "brainchild" who has a transparent dome for a head, a trained cyborg dog named Skippy, and a giant multi-mega-devastator cannon in his tree house which he plans to use to smash the moon into the earth.
