As a tribute to Roger Livesey , who died earlier this month, Midweek Cinema presents this celebrated film version of F. Anstey 's famous fantasy.
Roger Livesey plays stuffy, middle-aged stockbroker Paul Bultitude , who, attempting to persuade his young son Dick to return to the school he hates, says he only wishes he were in Dick's place. To his horror - and to Dick's great glee - the wish is granted.
