During his career in the movies Peter Hutchinson, a special-effects expert, has blown up everything from buildings to people. The Royal Navy enlisted him to help make an action film designed to promote their work, and this documentary sees Hutchinson making the best of a tight budget to create spectacular explosions in the Bahamas.
