Michael Berkeley is joined by film director Anthony Minghella , who first shot to international fame with Truly Madly Deeply and continued his meteoric rise with The English Patient, which swept the board at last year's Oscars ceremony. As might be expected from the reincarnation scene in Truly Madly Deeply,
Minghella is a great fan of Bach's instrumental music, which figures in this programme alongside works by Puccini and Vivaldi and songs by Van Morrison , Prince and Billie Holiday. Executive producer Wendy Thompson Repeated tomorrow 6.30pm
