Lin the climax to this year's amateur cooks' competition, three regional semi-finalists must prepare a three-course meal in two and a half hours. The meal must start with a soup, but after that the choice of dishes is entirely the contestants. Chef Raymond Blanc, patron of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire, helps host Gary Rhodes with the all-important judging. But which contestant will be jetting off on holiday at the end of the show?
